Reporting to one of the most dynamic CNO's in the state you will enjoy the opportunity to autonomously run the department while receiving the tools and support you need to succeed.  This 26 bed ICU department has a diverse clinical patient base, and a full staff of non-union nurses who are committed to the mission of the organization.  In this position you will be able to oversee department operations, quality of care, and financial performance.  With the support of experienced supervisors, you will ensure the staff nurses are continuing to grow professionally and keep the department running on the cutting edge of high performance.

Requirements: You must be a Registered Nurse to interview for this position.  2+ years as a nurse manager or other leadership position within Critical Care, experience with burns and plastics a plus.
Compassion for all patients is required.
