Reporting to a Regional Director of Emergency Services you will oversee all Quality and overall functionality of the process side of $ ER’s in this health system. You will work with the four managers in the department to ensure smooth patient flow as well as operational and clinical excellence. You will work with the regional support system to ensure quality of care, meeting of core measures and other deliverables. Requirements: You must have a Quality background. Management in Emergency services recommended but not required. BSN is recommended, Masters preferred. A demonstrated history of success working with all levels within a facility is crucial to success in the position.
