This is a chance to join one of the leading not for profit healthcare organization and take over a Case Management/Utilization Management division that is a tremendous time of growth and expansion to bring this cutting edge hospital to the forefront of accessibility and affordability. Reporting to a CMO that oversees Quality and Continuity of Care, you will have the autonomy and responsibility to evaluate and design the ideal function to drive profitability and access while also ensuring adherence to high quality patient care standards. You will oversee a staff of four managers and other support staff; you will be responsible for setting goals for the department and training, mentoring and hold the managers and staff accountable. This position is over 700+ beds and other peripheral services across several campuses and 60+ FTE’s.

Requirements: 5+ years of senior leadership experience within acute care hospitals. Experience with managed care is also preferred. Master’s degree completed or in progress, in Nursing, Healthcare Administration or other related field is required. Demonstrated history of creating positive outcomes is a must.
