Reporting to the CNO, the person awarded this position will have the chance to take this growing perioperative department to the next level. On the books are a remodel of existing OR's and two brand new OR's to handle the expansion of services to the community. This fully staffed department has three experienced nurse managers who are ready for a fresh set of eyes to provide the vision and strategy for improving operations, turnover times, patient through-out and overall productivity.

You must be a Registered Nurse to interview for this position. Five or more years of leadership experience within perioperative services. Bachelor's is required, Masters or Masters in progress is acceptable.
