You must have a Bachelor's Degree in healthcare, business, operations or engineering such as a BSN, BS or BA require.  Minimum of three years of lean experience facilitating a minimum of 30 Kaizens or rapid improvement events or 2 years healthcare management experience with commitment to becoming a certified lean facilitator.
