New Position – Director, Family Birthing Center
Executive Search Associates has been engaged by a leading not-for-profit community hospital in Southern Oregon to assist with their search to identify a director for their Family Birthing Center. This is a chance for an experienced leader to use their creativity and initiative to make much needed improvements within the department including:
-Expand the role of the professional nurse
-Evaluate opportunities to enhance the patient experience
-Identify un-met needs in the community and come up with creative ideas to meet the needs of the community for FBC care.
-Foster a productive and caring culture within the department.
This position reports to the Chief Nursing Officer who is well-established within both the hospital and the community. She is a proven leader that will help you succeed in your position and let you run your department with autonomy.
