Occupational/Employee Health Nurse Manager

Executive Search Associates has been retained by MedStar Health to conduct their search for a new Nurse Manager to oversee Occupational/Employee Health for Union Memorial Hospital and Good Samaritan.

Work in a highly visible internal role. The occupational Health Department is responsible for providing the occupational health needs of all the staff at Union Memorial and Good Samaritan Hospitals. Be a progressive leader who has a core belief in the care and well-being of staff and wants to work in collaboration with hospital leaders. Make an immediate impact by developing a much more interactive and proactive relationship with hospital staff related to occupational health.

The ideal candidate will assume a highly visible internal role with a license to innovate.   This role will allow you to make a name for yourself among colleagues and leaders at Good Samaritan and Union Memorial Hospital, as well as, MedStar Corporate. 

Requirements/Degree: Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner. Five or more years of experience in a leadership capacity within occupational health. Bachelor’s degree.
