VP of Surgical Services
Executive Search Associates is conducting a search for a VP of Surgical Services for an award-winning, large hospital located in North Texas. This facility is recognized for its state-of-the-art medical facilities and a medical team with many physicians that are world-renowned experts in their field. The VP of Surgical Services will partner closely with senior executives, sales and marketing executives, and service line management to enable growth strategies.

Additional Requirements:
- BSN degree required, Master’s degree (MHA, MSN, MBA or related field) preferred
- 5+ years of experience in surgical services required, preferably OR nursing
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role preferred
- Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) preferred
- Certified Surgical Services Manager (CSSM) preferred
- Must have BIG facility experience with 30+ operating rooms
